How long have you been in business?
We have been in business as Western Brokerage Company since 1985.
What is your primary product or service?
We offer a complete service in Real Estate, Sales, Purchases, Loans, for Residential, Industrial, and Commercial properties with a specialty in Church properties. Also offer Loan Signing Agent Services/Notary Public.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
First started in Real Estate Financing as loan officer for a mortgage company, later engaged in real estate as a Sales Agent then Broker/Owner of Western Brokerage Co. as a Mortgage Broker adding other services by 1986.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Diligence in fulfilling customer service agreement to achieve complete satisfaction. Always aiming to please by out-performing competition and negotitate for Client's best interest.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently one location and not considering expansion at the moment.

Fontana, Riverside, Rialto, Rancho Cucamonga, Bloomingdale,
and other cities in the Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles and Orange counties.

What are your hours of operation?
General hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday, Closed on Saturdays and ONLY special appointments on Sundays when possible.
