How long have you been in business?
We opened in May 1st, 2002
What is your primary product or service?
We offer 90 yoga classes a week in all levels and a variety of styles
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Someone dragged me to my first yoga class in 1997 and from then on I was hooked. Soon I was going every day and in February 2002 I took my first teacher training course.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have a great roster of amazing teachers who teach great classes. Our front desk staff are always happy to greet our clients. Our facility is spotless and well equipped with an abundance of yoga props and we have ample free long-term parking.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and, yes, we would like to have another. When we opened we had one room and a lobby totaling 1400 sq ft. Today we have 4 asana rooms and our total square footage is 6500.

We are in the Sherman Oaks Square shopping come at the north east corner of Van Nuys Blvd and Moorpark St in Sherman Oaks. Use the Van Nuys Blvd south exit off the 101 Freeway.

We accept cash, checks, and all credit cards
Which areas do you service?
We serve the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles and are the largest independently-owned studio in Los Angeles.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The owner is Peter Barnett, a popular teacher in Los Angeles and the studio manager is Rose Gresch who has been at the helm since day one!
What are your hours of operation?
We are open 365 days a year. On Mon, Wed, Fri our earliest class is at 7am. On Tues and Thurs we open at 6am. We close after the last class finishes at 9pm. On the Saturday we open at 8am and close at 6pm. On Sundays we open at 9am and close at 7pm
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
People say we are unique and special. They love our teachers and the community spirit that we have all worked so hard to create.
